Our facility is located in the Sehore district industrial area of MP state, just 40 km from Bhopal. Set almost at the geographic centre of India, it is well connected by road and air, and served by Kandla Port for global shipments.
The layout of our buildings and process sheds is planned around cGMP standards, quality monitoring, operator ergonomics, automation at critical operations and the safety of men and materials.
Two purpose-designed sheds house:
6 Vertical Percolation Extractors, 8,000 L each
4 Horizontal Rotary Extractors, 6,000 L each
4 Raising film evaporators, of capacities more than 3000 L /hour.
6 Reaction vessels & Vacuum concentrators.
Spray drier, Tray driers, FBD, and pharma-grade finished goods section.
13,000+ kg herbal charge per lot, with premium contact materials and GMP-driven design for assured specifications.
4 products run in parallel, with no cross contamination and no operating constraints.
